Production Officer

o Supervise and execute manufacturing processes as per batch manufacturing records (BMR) and SOPs.
o Review and ensure accurate, timely documentation of production activities and deviations.
o Ensure strict compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and regulatory guidelines.
o Monitor in-process controls and ensure documentation is in compliance with regulatory requirements.
o Monitor critical process parameters during production and take immediate corrective actions in case of deviations.
o Proper operation, cleaning, and maintenance of production or laboratory equipment.
o Coordinate with the maintenance team for preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
o Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely availability of raw materials, packaging materials.
o Verify material usage and reconciliation during and after batch production.
o Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and product quality.
o Provide training to operators and junior staff.
o Supervise and guide operators during shift operations to ensure compliance and efficiency.
o Prepare and submit shift reports, production summaries, and incident reports.
o Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams such as Quality Assurance, Engineering, and Warehouse.
o Ensure readiness for internal audits and external inspections.
o Assist in implementing and follow corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
o Promote a culture of safety and cleanliness in the workplace.
o Ensure use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to health & safety standards.
