Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Safety Officer located valthera. The Safety Officer will be responsible for implementing and maintaining health and safety policies, conducting occupational health assessments, investigating accidents, ensuring security measures are in place, and providing safety training to employees. The role involves routine inspections, risk assessments, and adherence to regulatory compliance to maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Health & Safety and Occupational Health practices
  • Experience in Accident Investigation and Security measures
  • Ability to provide effective Safety Training
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in the biotechnology industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health, Safety Management, or related field
