**Job Title: Production Officer**

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Officer to oversee our pharmaceutical manufacturing process. The Production Officer will be responsible for coordinating production activities and ensuring that manufacturing processes run reliably and efficiently to meet production targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and organize production schedules to ensure optimal resource utilization and mínimal downtime.
- Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed to ensure on-time delivery of products.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as Quality Assurance, Engineering, and Supply Chain, to ensure smooth production flow.
- Train and supervise production staff to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate production records and prepare reports on production activities and performance metrics.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance production efficiency and quality.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and pharmaceutical industry standards.
- Participate in audits and inspections, addressing any findings and implementing corrective actions.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Production Officer or similar role in the pharmaceutical industry.
- In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, equipment, and regulatory requirements (e.g., cGMP).
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and manufacturing software (e.g., ERP systems).

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with process validation and technology transfer.

Pay: ₹129,301.78 - ₹216,000.00 per year
