Experience: 1–3 years in hotel front office or guest relations preferred

Qualification: Graduate in Hospitality / Hotel Management or related field

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist guests with check-in, check-out, and reservations.
    • Handle guest inquiries, calls, and complaints professionally and courteously.
    • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
    • Maintain accurate guest records, billing, and payment processes.
    • Ensure a clean, pleasant, and professional reception area at all times.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong customer service orientation with a positive attitude.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and hotel management software (e.g., IDS, Opera, or similar).
    • Presentable appearance and professional conduct.
    • Flexible to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
