About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Executive – Plastic Waste Channelization to join our team and support the growing operations related to plastic waste management. This position plays a key role in ensuring the effective and responsible handling of plastic waste, in alignment with Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) compliance and sustainability goals.

The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating with various stakeholders such as waste collection partners, recyclers, aggregators, and clients to facilitate the smooth and traceable channelization of post-consumer plastic waste. This includes planning and monitoring of waste collection, transportation, processing, and documentation to ensure adherence to environmental standards and regulatory requirements.

A strong understanding of the plastic waste ecosystem—including waste types, recycling methods, and EPR obligations—is essential for success in this role. The candidate should be able to identify and onboard reliable supply chain partners, maintain accurate records, and support audit and reporting processes as required by regulatory bodies or clients.

In addition to operational execution, the Executive will also play a proactive role in improving internal processes, identifying risks or bottlenecks, and suggesting solutions to enhance overall efficiency and transparency in the waste channelization process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with aggregators, recyclers, and logistics partners to ensure smooth collection and transportation of plastic waste.

• Monitor and track the plastic waste flow from collection points to recycling or disposal facilities.

• Maintain documentation and evidence related to plastic waste channelization as per regulatory norms.

• Liaise with clients and stakeholders to address queries and ensure operational efficiency.
• Maintain records of certificates, invoices, and related data for audit and reporting purposes.
• Identify and onboard new collection or recycling partners as needed.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate degree in Environmental Science, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Prior experience in waste management, logistics, or EPR operations (plastic waste preferred) would be a plus.
• Basic knowledge of plastic waste management & regulations in India.
• Strong coordination, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to use MS Excel and other basic digital tools effectively.
• Willingness to work in a dynamic, field-oriented, and target-driven environment.
