Key Responsibilities

  • Meet and engage with corporate clients, build business channels, and follow up on opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with property consultants.
  • Manage PPC channel leads, follow up effectively, and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Prepare quotes/proposals and close enquiries for office cabins, virtual offices, hot desks, Justdial leads, and conference spaces.
  • Handle client management and communication – gather feedback, nurture relationships, and ensure repeat business.
  • Monitor market and competitor activities and provide timely reports.
  • Identify client needs, forecast requirements, and prepare proposals for customized business solutions.
  • Generate profitable business through company's products and services.
  • Contribute actively to sales strategies and execution with the team.
  • Maintain accurate records – lead trackers, daily activity reports, PPC follow-ups, KDF reports post-site tours, etc.
  • Forecast sales pipeline and update management on prospect status.
  • Perform any other relevant tasks assigned by management.
