Experience: 2 – 5 Years

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct product presentations and demos for all company solutions.
  • Follow standardized demo flows to ensure consistency across client engagements.
  • Address customer queries and technical clarifications effectively and promptly.
  • Capture and document customer requirements and feature enhancement requests.
  • Coordinate with Product Owners and Sales Teams for solution alignment.
  • Ensure smooth handover to the Sales/Commercial stage with complete documentation.
  • Stay updated on product features, enhancements, and industry trends.
  • Deliver tailored, high-impact presentations that drive customer engagement.
  • Handle multiple product lines and adapt presentations based on client needs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology,or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in Presales, Product Demonstration, or Solution Consulting.
  • Strong understanding of software products and technical concepts.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Proficient in handling multiple client engagements and coordinating between teams.
  • Strong organizational, documentation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes (preferred).
