
Pre Sales Associate

The Pre-Sales Associate will be responsible for developing strong relationships with Training & Placement Officers (TPOs) of colleges, generating qualified leads, and supporting the sales team by ensuring continuous and quality lead flow. This role involves active participation in outreach, influencer marketing, job fairs, and other events to onboard colleges and generate new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- College Partnerships: Connect with and conduct direct meetings with TPOs and other decision-makers of colleges to build strong partnerships and onboard institutions onto the company platform.
- Lead Generation: Engage in various lead generation activities including influencer marketing, job fairs, campus events, and digital campaigns to identify and attract potential clients.
- Lead Qualification: Ensure all generated leads are properly qualified and categorized under different parameters before passing them to the sales team.
- Cold Calling & Outreach: Perform targeted cold calls, emails, and follow-ups to prospective clients to drive engagement and conversions.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed specified monthly targets for lead generation and college onboarding.
- Influencer Collaboration: Identify, connect, and negotiate with local influencers to onboard them for lead generation initiatives and execute creative strategies to maximize reach.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and placement teams to ensure smooth coordination, effective follow-ups, and successful deal closures.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all interactions, leads, and progress reports in the CRM or assigned tracking system.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in pre-sales, business development, or college outreach preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (like HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce) is an advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹9, ₹20,000.00 per month
