Your Mission: The Role
solving for better.
You are a revenue-owning exec & a business leader responsible for leading all fds (forward deployed solvers) to drive AI-powered transformation across your entire region from the first principles.
As a Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for the long term profitable growth of the organization, you will attract, hire, train, lead & empower your team of solutions consulting leaders remaining 100% accountable for the realized outcomes across your region.
If you're a visionary futurist & a business leader with the brain of a grand strategist, the heart of a people sculptor, and the charisma to articulate and drive a business narrative for C-level execs, we've got a seat for you at the absolute forefront of industry change.
You're not a sales / revenue officer; you are the principal architect & business leader of the Searce transformation engine.

Your Responsibilities

- Cultivate High-Performing Teams: Build, grow, oversee, and manage a team of passionate Solutions Consultants and Account Managers, spanning across your segment.
- Pioneer Industry-Specific Solutions: Identify industry-specific technical opportunities and accelerate the adoption of tailored cloud and industry-leading solutions across diverse businesses and sectors.
- Be a Trusted Advisor: Leverage deep domain knowledge to work closely with the CEOs and CTOs of Searce's enterprise client base. You'll be their strategic advisor for all things 'Cloud Solutions' as we help them scale and "futurify."
- Amplify Searce's Voice: Participate actively at industry events, conferences, trade shows, and expositions, providing thought leadership. You'll cultivate meaningful connections and build ecosystem alliances with partners, clients, and vendors.
