In line with our endeavor for early career development of our employees, we are pleased to invite applications for the APAC Accounting & Finance Rotational Development Program. Interested employees are requested to submit the application. The selection process for the program will be multi-tiered and will involve several rounds of interactions.
The Finance Rotation Program is a 30-month program designed to help transition high potential early talent into the professional finance roles across the globe. During this program, the selected candidate will have an opportunity to experience several roles in Finance, providing them with a unique strategic perspective, a wide network, and a chance to explore where they best fit at Johnson Controls. Individuals rotate to new positions every six month to gain an overall understanding of the accounting and financial responsibilities within JCI all while learning about the various business models in the organization. Selected candidates are encouraged to take on additional tasks and responsibilities outside their job profile to gain further knowledge and build their network in the company. The candidate must be prepared to move abroad when they are presented with the opportunity of international assignment.
