Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and assist in preparation and filing of Direct Tax returns for individuals and entities.
  • Handle TDS Receivable reconciliation, follow-up, and verification.
  • Support in tax computation, advance tax working, and ensuring compliance with statutory timelines.
  • Maintain accurate records of tax payments and related accounting entries.
  • Coordinate with auditors and tax consultants for assessments and queries.
  • Assist in periodic closing activities and ensure accuracy in tax-related accounts.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of Direct Tax laws, TDS, and Income Tax Return filing.
  • Hands-on experience in Accounting and Reconciliation.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of SAP or accounting software will be an advantage.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
  • 5–6 years of relevant experience preferred.
