Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an SDR Team Lead located in Gurugram. The SDR Team Lead will manage and mentor a team of Sales Development Representatives to ensure the achievement of sales goals. Their day-to-day tasks will include developing sales strategies, monitoring performance, conducting training sessions, and leading meetings. They will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts and optimize lead generation. The role also involves analyzing sales metrics and providing regular performance reports to senior management.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales strategy development and team leadership
- Strong knowledge of sales performance monitoring and reporting
- Excellent communication and mentoring skills
- Understanding of lead generation techniques and tools
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in cloud solutions or IT industry is a plus
