We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accountant (Billing) to join our finance team. Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process customer invoices accurately and on time
- Review billing data for completeness and resolve any discrepancies
- Maintain and update customer accounts and billing records
- Assist with accounts receivable tasks, including payment posting and reconciliation
- Communicate with clients regarding invoices, payments, and account inquiries
- Support month-end closing activities and financial reporting
- Maintain organized financial documentation and ensure compliance with company policies
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth billing processes
Qualifications:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
