Junior Accounts Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to support our accounting department. The ideal candidate should be capable of multitasking, managing day-to-day accounting tasks, and efficiently handling work assigned by the senior team. This role includes responsibilities such as invoicing, data entry in Tally, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the senior accounting team with day-to-day accounting operations.
  • Prepare and generate customer/vendor invoices accurately and on time.
  • Perform data entry in Tally, ensuring correctness and completeness of financial information.
  • Maintain and update accounting records, ledgers, and supporting documentation.
  • Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable entries as required.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for gathering financial data.
  • Perform reconciliations, basic accounting checks, and ensure data accuracy.
  • Manage multiple tasks and prioritize work based on urgency and deadlines.
  • Assist in preparing reports for management when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Knowledge of Tally ERP (Tally Prime preferred).
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Strong multitasking ability with good time-management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word).
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work under the supervision of senior team members and follow instructions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
