Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in guest service management or a related field, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects.
  • Strong knowledge of hospitality operations, including front office, housekeeping, and food and beverage services.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and technology platforms used in the hospitality industry.
