Role: Inside Sales Intern (Growth and Lead Generation)

We are looking for dynamic, self-motivated individuals eager to build careers in sales and business development. As a Sales Intern, you will be at the forefront of our growth journey, connecting with potential clients and turning conversations into business opportunities.

What You'll Do

  • Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and virtual meetings
  • Identify, qualify, and nurture leads to build a strong sales pipeline
  • Support the sales team in closures and ensure smooth handovers to the operations team
  • Build and maintain client relationships with a solutions-driven approach
  • Report progress regularly and contribute ideas to improve the sales process

  • Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service Skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with CRM software is a plus
  • Enthusiastic and self-motivated individual
  • Results-driven mindset with attention to detail
  • Prior experience in sales/tele-calling/client engagement (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
