Job Location – Bangalore (Hybrid)
Reporting to – Senior Manager – Human Resources
Key Responsibilities –
- Source, screen and acquire talent appropriate for open positions
- Maintain a candidate pipeline and an active database of candidates to meet the hiring targets of the organization
- Develop new recruitment partners and maintain regular interaction with the current partners, utilizing social media and other networks to identify and source industry relevant partners.
- Responsible to maintain candidate database, ensure all information relevant to the candidate is up to date (resume, skills, assessment scores etc) and is documented and available for all stages of recruitment
- Share weekly and monthly Biometric Attendance, ensuring data is maintained correctly and up to date
- Responsible for all internal and external coordination activities
Qualifications –
- Graduate/ Postgraduate in any discipline
- Minimum 2 – 4 years of relevant experience, with a minimum of 1 year in Talent Acquisition. Industry specific experience will be an added advantage
Required Skills-
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- A strong desire to get the right people in the right role
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality in all internal and external interactions
- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to engage with people and build deep and high-quality relationships
- Proficient in MS Excel
- High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
- Exhibit a deep sense of responsibility and ownership and operate independently, flexibly and proactively
