Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and proactive intern to join our team. This role offers hands-on exposure to sales, client interaction, and real estate project research. You will work closely with our sales team and management to support day-to-day business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct sales calls with prospective and existing customers.
- Assisting with property listing management and updates.
- Liaise with team members and department heads to coordinate tasks.
- Maintain and update daily and weekly records, reports, and trackers.
- Research properties, projects, market trends and preparing basic reports.
- Follow up with clients and assist in client relationship management.
- Helping the team with day-to-day operational tasks.
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in sales, business development, or real estate.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace (Excel, Docs, Sheets).
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive learner with good organizational skills.
