Overview The HR Recruiter plays a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for the organization. They are responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring that the company's staffing needs are met with qualified candidates.Key responsibilities
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their recruiting needs
  • Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, etc.
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications
  • Coordinate with departments to define job requirements and expectations
  • Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to onboarding
  • Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations
  • Participate in recruitment events such as job fairs and career events
  • Provide regular updates to hiring managers and stakeholders
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
  • Knowledge of employment legislation and regulations
  • Experience with various interview formats and assessment techniques
  • Strong understanding of HR policies and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and social media platforms for sourcing
  • Keen eye for talent with good assessment and evaluation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
