The HR Recruiter is responsible for managing the full recruitment life cycle — from identifying hiring needs and sourcing qualified candidates to conducting interviews and onboarding. The role requires a proactive individual who can attract top talent, maintain strong candidate pipelines, and ensure a positive hiring experience aligned with the company's culture and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand hiring requirements for various departments and collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles.
  • Source potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic or video interviews to evaluate candidates' fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and follow up on feedback.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process — job posting, shortlisting, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Maintain candidate records and recruitment dashboards using the company's ATS or HRMS.
  • Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring and future roles.
  • Ensure compliance with all employment laws and internal hiring policies.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing campaigns.
  • Handle campus hiring, walk-in drives, and job fairs when required.
  • Prepare recruitment reports and provide regular updates to management.

Key Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent sourcing and headhunting skills (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, etc.).
  • Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
  • Good negotiation and decision-making skills.
  • Familiarity with HRMS/ATS tools and Excel reporting.
  • Time management and organizational skills.
  • Understanding of current hiring trends and market insights.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
  • 1–5 years of experience in recruitment (corporate or consultancy environment).

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience recruiting for roles in [specific industries, e.g., Finance, IT, Manufacturing, FMCG, etc.].
  • Exposure to both technical and non-technical hiring.
  • Experience in mass/bulk hiring and lateral recruitment.

Compensation:

Commensurate with experience and industry standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9, ₹19,000.00 per month
