Overview The HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a critical role in our organization by attracting, identifying, and hiring top talent to meet the strategic needs of the business. This position requires a proactive and energetic individual who can build relationships and communicate effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders. The HR Recruiter manages the entire recruiting process, from crafting compelling job descriptions to negotiating offers, and ultimately, contributes to building a high-performing workforce that can meet current and future challenges.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Source candidates using various platforms, including job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates based on qualifications.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidates' skills and cultural fit.
  • Facilitate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and team members.
  • Manage the interview process to ensure a smooth and positive experience for candidates.
  • Prepare job offer documents and negotiate terms with selected candidates.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Participate in job fairs and recruiting events to showcase our company.
  • Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and organizational goals.
  • Market and promote the organization as an employer of choice.
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment trends and make recommendations for adjustments.
  • Assist with onboarding to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and legal compliance related to recruitment.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
  • Strong understanding of various interviewing techniques and assessment methods.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment software.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to represent the company professionally and positively.
  • Proven track record of meeting hiring targets and deadlines.
  • Familiar with employment laws and regulations.
  • Strong analytical skills for assessing candidate qualifications and fit.
  • Capability to manage multiple job requisitions simultaneously.
