About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant with 2
–3 years of experience
to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Tally and be proficient in preparing balance sheets, GST filing, and TDS filing. This role requires strong accounting knowledge, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations and financial transactions.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records in
    Tally
    .
  • Ensure timely
    GST filing
    and
    TDS filing
    in compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual
    balance sheets
    and financial statements.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny.
  • Handle accounts receivable and payable efficiently.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Coordinate with auditors and assist in audit processes.
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in accounting.
    - Proficiency in Tally (mandatory).- Proficient in MS Excel and financial reporting tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a similar industry (e.g., [insert industry if applicable]).
  • Familiarity with other accounting tools or ERP systems is a plus.
