Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accountant, located in Noida. The Accountant will manage daily accounting operations, including tracking financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Responsibilities include auditing accounts, managing ledger activities, reconciling statements, and supporting tax preparation. The role also involves liaising with internal and external stakeholders to maintain financial accuracy and resolve discrepancies.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles, Financial Reporting, and Taxation
  • Experience with Ledger Management, Account Reconciliation, and Auditing
  • Proficiency in using Accounting Software such as Tally or QuickBooks
  • Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving capabilities
  • Understanding of compliance regulations and organizational financial policies
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a professional accounting certification (e.g., CA, CPA) is a plus
  • Experience in the manufacturing or export industry is an advantage
