We're a higher education college in Sector-62 Noida seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and provide excellent customer service.

*Key Responsibilities:*

  • Fee collection from students through various modes of payment and receipt generation through software.

-Cash Handling: Manage cash transactions, including receiving and processing payments.

  • Accounting: Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.

  • Student service: Provide excellent service to students and parents, respond to queries, and resolve issues.

  • Financial Reporting: Prepare financial reports, including daily/weekly cash position and other reports as required.

  • Reconciliation: Reconcile cash and bank statements, and investigate discrepancies.

*Requirements:*

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

  • Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in cash handling and accounting.

  • Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally Prime) and Microsoft Excel.

  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Honest and trustworthy.
