Summary of the Role

You'll play a key role in planning and delivering implementation projects for airlines of various sizes, ensuring smooth transitions and high-quality outcomes.

Your Main Responsibilities
  • Provide accurate estimates for short-term tasks and project components, and plan activities for small to medium airline projects.
  • Monitor progress, share updates, and communicate concerns promptly to relevant stakeholders.
  • Prepare Cutover Window Plans (CWPs) and manage cutover events for small and medium airlines; support larger-scale events and rehearsals.
  • Apply technical expertise in areas such as system interfaces and collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients.
  • Identify and manage technical risks while contributing to process improvements for long-term efficiency.
About the Ideal Candidate
  • Experience in implementation or technical project delivery, preferably in airline or travel systems.
  • Practical knowledge of Amadeus systems (e.g., Inventory, Reservation, Departure Control System).
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and work collaboratively across teams.
  • Skilled in problem-solving and adaptable to new technologies and trends.
  • Committed to mentoring and sharing knowledge with colleagues.
