Job Title: E-commerce Executive (Online & Social Media Sales)

Location: chautala road Panipat

Experience: 1–3 years

Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketplace Management

  • Product listing on Amazon, Meesho, Myntra, and Flipkart
  • Updating titles, descriptions, images, keywords, pricing, and inventory
  • Managing orders, returns, cancellations & customer queries
  • Coordinating with platforms for promotions, campaigns, and ads
  • Monitoring product performance, ranking & competitor analysis

2. Social Media Management

  • Creating and handling business pages on Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, YouTube, etc.
  • Posting regular content (photos, reels, stories)
  • Running basic paid promotions on Meta (optional)
  • Responding to customer messages & inquiries

3. Social Media Selling (Offline / Direct sales)

  • Managing WhatsApp catalog, status selling & group promotions
  • Using Instagram/Facebook DMs for direct selling
  • Handling manual orders, payments & customer follow-ups
  • Maintaining customer database for repeat sales

Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of Amazon, Meesho, Flipkart & Myntra Seller Panels
  • Ability to manage listings, orders & inventory
  • Basic knowledge of photo editing (Canva preferred)
  • Good communication & customer-handling skills
  • Understanding of social media trends & selling techniques

Qualification:

  • Any graduate (or relevant experience)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
