Job overview

As an E-commerce Operations Specialist, your primary responsibility is to oversee the proper order fulfilment of B2B e-commerce panels for our brand. You will work closely with the e-commerce team to develop strategies that leverage the power of e-commerce platforms to promote our products or services and enhance brand awareness.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Order fulfilment
- Collaborate with the operations team for prospective B2B orders including reliance, croma etc.

2. Inventory Management
- Managing the inventory for all drop-ship panels with respect to the stock available.

3. Managing with Reliance and other B2B platforms
- Managing effectively with Reliance team for in-time stock delivery and in-ward of material. Effective coordination with Reliance team for proper fulfilment of orders.

4. Performance analysis and reporting
- Analyze ecommerce data and provide regular reports to stakeholders, highlighting key insights and performance metrics.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and provide recommendations for better strategies towards competitors.

What do you bring with you?
- Bachelor's degree in business management, operations, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in a similar role or within an agency setting.
- Excellent Microsoft office proficiency (MS-Excel, particularly)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively build relationships with B2B vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive decision-making.
- Creative thinking and the ability to identify unique growth opportunities.

**Salary**: ₹10,464.89 - ₹15,000.00 per month
