Operations Executive

**Key Responsibilities:Order & Inventory Management**:
- Process and fulfill online orders efficiently across multiple platforms.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse team for replenishments.
- Ensure accurate and timely order dispatch with proper tracking updates.
**Marketplace & Website Management**:
- Maintain product listings, pricing, and descriptions on e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.).
- Optimize product visibility using keywords, images, and engaging content.
- Handle new product uploads, stock updates, and price changes.
**Logistics & Customer Support**:
- Coordinate with logistics partners for timely deliveries and order tracking.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and return/refund requests.
- Minimize order cancellations and returns by ensuring accurate fulfillment.
**Sales & Performance Analysis**:
- Track sales data, prepare reports, and suggest improvements.
- Monitor competitor activity and pricing strategies.
- Identify areas for operational efficiency and cost reduction.
**Promotions & Compliance**:
- Support in running promotional campaigns, deals, and discounts.
- Ensure compliance with platform policies, including pricing and inventory regulations.
- Work closely with the marketing team for product launches and promotions.
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Graduate in Business, E-commerce, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of online marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.).
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and order management tools.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹10,257.99 - ₹17,000.00 per month
Schedule:
