We specialize in Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC) and Project Management services for roads, highways, bridges, airport runways, railways, metros, power transmission, and tunneling. Additionally, we are involved in the development, operations, and maintenance of roads and highways on a Build Operate and Transfer (BOT) basis and Hybrid Annuity Model (HAM). Our manufacturing activities include bitumen processing, thermoplastic road-marking paint, road signage, and electronic equipment, as well as the fabrication of galvanized metal crash barriers and OHE Mast.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) Manager based in Gurugram. The EHS Manager will be responsible for overseeing all EHS-related activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, conducting risk assessments, and implementing safety programs. Daily tasks include health and safety audits, accident investigations, and providing training to staff on EHS protocols. The EHS Manager will collaborate with various teams to promote a culture of safety within the organization.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge in Health & Safety and Environment Health and Safety (EHS)
  • Experience in Occupational Health and Accident Investigation
  • Proficiency in conducting EHS Training sessions
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health, Safety Management, or related field
  • Relevant certifications such as NEBOSH, OSHA, or equivalent are a plus
  • Experience in the infrastructure or construction sector is advantageous
