We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Safety Officer to join our team at Vamsi Labs Ltd, located in the Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences industry. The ideal candidate should have 0-5 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Develop and implement effective safety protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement safety training programs.
  • Investigate incidents and accidents to determine root causes and implement preventive measures.
  • Maintain accurate records of safety performance metrics and report findings to management.
  • Ensure all safety procedures are up-to-date and compliant with industry standards.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical and life sciences regulations and standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with safety management systems and incident investigation techniques.
