Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Manager located in Hyderabad. The Real Estate Manager will be responsible for property management, lease administration, overseeing lease agreements, and managing commercial real estate properties. Day-to-day tasks include managing property acquisition, leasing, and development efforts, ensuring compliance with legal standards, and maintaining relationships with property owners and developers. The Real Estate Manager will be responsible for overseeing the coordination of building projects (Existing and New upcoming projects), managing relationships with Builders, Lessors, contractors and suppliers, ensuring timely coordination of centre to projects, operations and maintaining high standards of professional approach with all builders (Existing, New and also upcoming). The role involves day-to-day tasks such as project planning, monitoring progress, resolving issues, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications

Experience in Property Management and Lease Administration

Proficiency in managing Leases and Lease Agreements

Knowledge of Real Estate and Commercial Real Estate operations

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple properties

Experience in the coworking or managed office or real estate commercial spaces is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
