You will coordinate closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams, ensuring robust risk mitigation and compliance across Cisco's business landscape.
Your Impact
Role
As a Credit Analyst, you will be at the core of Cisco and Splunk's credit risk management operations, supporting business growth while safeguarding financial health. In this role, you will:
- Support all credit risk management related activities and credit decisions, including credit analysis, recommendation, and approval of credit facilities within defined parameters.
- Assist in the ongoing implementation of credit policy and mitigation of financial risk, especially in pivotal initiatives regarding emerging countries.
- Manage day-to-day underwriting processes and ensure compliance with established guidelines.
- Prepare and deliver periodic reporting requirements to senior management.
- Coordinate and be responsible for Cisco Splunk, Trade, and Channel finance portfolios.
- Work with limited or no supervision, translating business plans or initiatives into actionable objectives for your team.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 to 4 years' experience in credit analysis and risk management (mandatory).
- Strong influence and organizational skills.
- Core proficiencies/skills required include: quantitative & qualitative analysis, strategic business analysis, and familiarity with financial documents, credit decision systems, and tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate and communicate effectively.
- Experience in cross-functional teamwork and driving results with limited resources ("doing more with less").
- Proven leadership skills in achieving objectives and managing business plans.
