Role Overview

At Aliens Tattoo School, a Career Counselor is the first point of contact for aspiring students. You will guide them from their first inquiry through enrollment, helping them find the right creative career path. Your role combines counseling, sales, and operations to ensure a smooth and inspiring experience for every student.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Management

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls using the Ozonetel dialer.
  • Manage leads in Zoho CRM with timely updates and follow-ups.
  • Maintain clean, accurate CRM records with notes and tags.

Student Counseling

  • Understand student aspirations and recommend suitable courses.
  • Schedule and confirm career counseling presentations.
  • Pitch course offerings and handle objections to close enrollments.

Sales & Target Achievement

  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for presentations and enrollments.
  • Maintain a high-conversion pipeline of student leads.
  • Encourage referrals, upgrades, and repeat enrollments.

Coordination & Reporting

  • Coordinate with mentors, retention, and placement teams for seamless handovers.
  • Submit end-of-day reports on performance and pipeline status.
  • Implement QA feedback to improve communication and conversions.

Expected Outcomes

  • High conversion rates from inquiry to enrollment
  • Achievement of monthly revenue and enrollment targets
  • Strong QA scores for communication and CRM accuracy Excellent student satisfaction reflected in high NPS

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong sales and negotiation abilities
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho), dialers (Ozonetel), and Google Workspace Goal-oriented and proactive in lead follow-up
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Deep understanding of the institute's courses and career options
