Job Overview

As an Assistant Manager, NSO, you will support the department's efforts in expanding cloud kitchens by assisting with project management, site analysis, and operational setups.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support cloud kitchen setup coordination and project timeline management
  • Aid in contractor coordination and vendor management
  • Assist with market data analysis for new location identification
  • Maintain database of potential sites with demographic analysis
  • Coordinate with internal departments for operational readiness
  • Support operational processes setup and regulatory compliance
  • Maintain detailed project documentation and facilitate communication
  • Support update meetings and report preparation

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
  • Experience in project coordination, preferably in hospitality or retail
  • 3+ years experience in project management or site development
