- We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic Business Development / Sales Executives with 0 - 5 yrs experience of US Staffing Industry, to boost our staffing business in US market. If you are a success driven individual, an aggressive go-getter with positive attitude, good communication and excellent rapport building skills, then we would like to consider you.
- You will be responsible for the detection and conversion of sales opportunities for US staffing industry especially IT and more niche skills domain.
- You are responsible for the coordination and follow up of the commercial process for all new clients (Tender participation, needs analyses to deal closure) Depending on the scope of the sales opportunity; additional support by experts may be given.
- Proactively approaches the market and market analyses (competition, market trends, opportunities)
- Maintaining and expanding the RPO Network through various networking channels
- Act as a subject matter expert for Canada/US staffing projects.
- Developing solutions, along with the Local recruitment & Operations teams, the US regional team and/or other regional leadership for complex engagements (e.g., deals may involve additional alternative employment models.

- Excellent communication skills and extrovert personality.
- Present concepts and ideas to all levels of management internal and external.
- Demonstrate Sales Ability & experience of Sales at Top & Senior Management.
- Organize, plan, and prioritize work while being flexible to changing needs
- Work effectively and strategically with minimal direction
- Demonstrate excellent Written and Verbal communication skills detailed, organized and concise with a professional style
