  • Greet and assist visitors in the showroom in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls and handle customer inquiries.
  • Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to promote products and services and generate leads.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings for potential customers with sales staff.
  • Follow up with leads and customers to nurture relationships and facilitate sales conversions.
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets and objectives.

Administrative and showroom maintenance

  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update databases.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception and showroom areas.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed.
