Job Summary:
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to join our growing team at Master Group Empire. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for real estate, exceptional communication skills, and a proven ability to close deals. You will be responsible for promoting and selling residential and/or commercial properties, building client relationships, and meeting monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively promote and sell properties listed by Master Group Empire.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, site visits, and digital platforms.
- Conduct property tours and presentations to prospective buyers or investors.
- Provide clients with accurate property information, pricing, and market trends.
- Negotiate deals and close sales with professionalism and integrity.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and investors.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of real estate laws, market trends, and competitor offerings.
- Prepare and manage documentation related to sales, contracts, and client communication.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field (freshers with strong sales aptitude may also apply).
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in [Insert Language(s) – e.g., English, Hindi, etc.].
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
- Must have a professional attitude, grooming, and presentation.
- Willingness to travel and conduct site visits.
