We have an exciting opportunity for the position of
Lead Sales CRM - Zoho
in
Bengaluru
location. It is a full time and work from office opportunity.

Skills and Experience Required:

Data management and integration:

  • To timely add, update and manage the database acquired from various sources of lead
  • generation into the CRM tool.
  • Management of the MSL data.
  • Improve the quality of the database through regular cleaning of the data.
  • Ensure the leads are assigned appropriately to the active users with respect to any change of
  • user (e.g.: removal or addition).

Platform optimization:

  • Ensure compliance by the end-users / stakeholders for an optimal usage of the platform.
  • Prepare and/ or update the compliance document and share with the concerned users to keep them updated.
  • Timely removal/transfer/assignment of licenses to active users whenever there is a change (additional/removal) of users.

Data Analysis:

  • Analyse and present regular statistics on the CRM usage, database, conversions made, and other important platform metrics.
  • Create/ manage reporting and dashboard capabilities.

Liaise with various stakeholders:

  • Act as a point of contact between the Sales and IT department to understand, coordinate and
  • close the gaps and ensure compliance, generate daily, weekly and monthly stats of leads, conversions and sales funnel.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding project status and delivery timeframes.
  • Administrative assistance
  • Ensure that CRM issues related to data or any other are addressed on priority with the concerned department.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelors in Computer Science or Relevant
