As a Solution/Technical Lead in MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) at Tata Electronics Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role within the Digital Department, specifically in the MES team, focusing on shop floor systems. - Oversee the solution design and architecture - Coordinate end-to-end solution design - Provide support during development and implementation - Act as a technical liaison between solution vendors and functional leads - Upskill team members through training sessions - Stay up to date with the latest technologies in manufacturing systems - Identify pain points to provide ideal solutions incorporating the latest technologies To be successful in this role, you should have: - Extensive experience (4~6 years) as a solution architect or in MES leadership roles - Deep understanding of manufacturing operations, Industry 4.0 concepts, and digital transformation technologies - Hands-on knowledge of MES systems like OPCENTER, CAMSTAR, SI-VIEW, Critical manufacturing, etc. - Familiarity with integration protocols such as OPC, MQTT, SECS/GEM, and Restful APIs - Knowledge of IT/OT convergence and information security - Proficiency in production process mapping, workflows, data models, and system architecture design - Experience in manufacturing data analytics and automation framework - Ability to navigate regulatory requirements, especially in the Semiconductor industry Qualifications Required: - B.E./B.Tech degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE), Industrial Engineering (IE), Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE), or Computer Science - Certifications such as MESA certification in MES/MOM, APICS CPIM, ISA 95 certification, or equivalent are highly desirable If you have 10-15 years of relevant experience and are passionate about driving innovation in manufacturing systems while ensuring compliance with industry standards, we encourage you to apply for this challenging and rewarding role at Tata Electronics Pvt.
