The director position you are applying for involves managing business operations and resources within your area of responsibility, which includes people management and sales enablement. You may also have oversight of staff augmentation projects. - At least 15 years of experience in BSS / BRM / ECE portfolio, with a preference for experience in implementing Oracle products such as BRM / ECE / OC3C - Key skills should include direct engagement with business and IT stakeholders, particularly in customer-facing roles, and experience in project deliveries with hands-on experience, especially with Oracle Technologies - Good understanding of technologies related to Billing, Elastic Charging, and other core Telecom technologies spanning 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G - Act as the lead BSS with development capabilities and innovative thinking to drive automation Your responsibilities will include: - Scoping, planning, and estimation for deliverables during pre-sales and project deliveries - Regularly meeting with project stakeholders to define project goals, objectives, and lead budget and resource allocation throughout all project phases - Defending solutions, estimations, timelines, and deliverables with customers, negotiate effectively, and present at CxO level As a director, you will oversee day-to-day technical operations, including assignments and personnel reviews. Exposure to cloud-native technologies is essential, along with a good understanding of Kubernetes, Dockers, and the K8 Framework. You should also have the capability to lead large-scale transformations and multiple BSS projects simultaneously. This position is at Career Level - M4.,
