You will be working as a Sr. Technical Consultant - Cloud at a leading AI-driven Global Supply Chain Solutions Software Product Company. Your role will involve being part of the customer success team to implement and support the project, utilizing your deep knowledge of industry best practices. Here are some key responsibilities for this role: - Work closely with internal stakeholders to resolve cases within SLA/OLA timelines - Possess basic knowledge of Cloud Azure and infrastructure concepts - Build collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders and proactively work with them to resolve issues - Adhere to Cloud policies, procedures, methodologies, and quality standards - Escalate issues that may have an impact - Collaborate with Shift leads internally to resolve project issues, escalating to appropriate parties when necessary - Provide regular communication and status reporting with internal stakeholders and customers - Keep Consulting informed about ongoing issues, providing frequent and meaningful updates - Follow up with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of technical issues - Be available for off-hours support and work flexible hours as needed - Preferable knowledge of the ITIL framework Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5-8 years of experience in software development and support - Customer-facing skillset is preferred - Strong communication skills and escalation management skills - Knowledge of the ITIL framework is preferable - Supply chain knowledge is an added advantage - Familiarity with SaaS and Cloud If you resonate with the company's values and are passionate about driving success, this opportunity might be the right fit for you.,
