Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a TSM (Territory Sales Manager) and Sales Executive located in Delhi. The role involves managing and expanding client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Sales executives will also be responsible for meeting sales targets, conducting market research, and collaborating with other departments to develop sales strategies and support overall growth.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Experience in territory management and client relationship management
- Ability to conduct market research and identify business opportunities
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the logistics or transportation industry is a plus
