Role Description

We are seeking a Sales Management Trainee for a full-time, on-site role in our Chennai office. As a Sales Management Trainee, you will assist in developing and managing client accounts, engage in direct sales activities, and build strong customer relationships. You will undergo hands-on training in sales processes and customer service procedures, while contributing to maintaining high client satisfaction and achieving sales targets. This role is ideal for individuals interested in starting a dynamic career in sales and customer relationship management.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain positive client relationships.
  • Sales and Account Management skills to drive revenue growth and oversee client accounts effectively.
  • Ability to participate in and effectively receive Training related to sales techniques and processes.
  • Adaptability, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude to contribute to the success of team objectives.
  • Basic understanding of the real estate sector is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
