About the Role

We are hiring Graduate Engineer Trainee- Technical Sales & Support to join our ARGUS Vibration Monitoring team. This role offers on-the-job training in industrial IoT and vibration monitoring solutions, with exposure to both technical and customer-facing work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Learn and conduct customer demos & training (onsite and virtual).
  • Support inside sales activities customer enquiries, offer preparation, follow-up.
  • Participate in sensor calibration, testing, and validation.
  • Gather and share customer feedback with the R&D team.
  • Assist in preparing case studies, brochures, and technical documentation.
  • Build strong customer relationships during deployments and support activities.

Skills & Attributes

  • Strong foundation in mechanical engineering basics (vibrations, rotating machinery).
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for customer visits.
  • Problem-solving curiosity and eagerness to learn.
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional team (sales, R&D, support).
