Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Trainee position based in Chennai. The role involves supporting the sales and marketing team in promotional and sales strategies, market research, and communication with potential clients. The trainee will assist in preparing sales reports, organizing marketing campaigns, and coordinating with cross-functional teams. Regular interaction with clients and stakeholders will also be a part of daily responsibilities, helping to drive business growth and achieve targets.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of Sales and Marketing concepts, including market research and strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients professionally.
  • Analytical skills and creativity with a focus on achieving business goals and finding innovative solutions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in tools and technologies used for documenting sales and marketing campaigns (e.g., MS Office, CRM software).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Prior experience or internships in sales or marketing, especially within the steel or manufacturing industry, is an advantage.
