We are looking for someone who is experienced in marketing for business consultancy services.

As a Marketing Manager/Executive at Soni & Soni, you will play a key role in growing our client base, enhancing brand presence, and delivering value-driven marketing strategies. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure that our business consultancy services are presented effectively, and our clients remain highly satisfied.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies specifically tailored for business consultancy services.
  • Identify and engage potential clients through networking, digital campaigns, referrals, and partnerships.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create marketing materials, proposals, and presentations.
  • Understand client needs and recommend appropriate consultancy solutions.
  • Prepare business proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals aligned with company objectives.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to refine marketing strategies.
  • Mentor junior marketing staff and contribute to team development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (2–5 years) in marketing, business development, or client acquisition — ideally in consultancy or professional services.
  • Strong marketing, branding, and lead-generation expertise.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proactive, result-driven, and confident in building client relationships.
  • Professional, approachable, and polished demeanor.
  • Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and work both independently and collaboratively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50, ₹75,000.00 per month
