Job Role: Senior Product Manager

As a Senior Product Manager, you'll take ownership of strategic initiatives across our core modules. You'll

work closely with cross-functional teams to define product vision, drive execution, and deliver

measurable business impact, while collaborating with engineering, design, and data teams to ensure

successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Product Strategy: Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to launch and

continuous iteration, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.

• Ownership: Define product vision, strategy, and success metrics for your module — Rewards &

Recognition, Incentive Automation, Wellness, or Adva.

• Execution Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver scalable,

secure, and user-centric solutions on time.

• Mentorship: Guide and support junior product managers or associates, ensuring clarity of

requirements and cross-functional coordination.

• Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze product performance, user behavior, and adoption data

to identify improvement opportunities

• Automation & Analytics Enablement: Drive creation of automated workflows and real-time

dashboards to improve internal efficiency, streamline product operations, and enable databacked decision making across teams.

• Stakeholder Management: Partner with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback,

prioritize initiatives, and ensure product-market fit.

• Roadmap & Prioritization: Own roadmap planning and backlog prioritization based on business

value, customer feedback, and technical feasibility.

• Collaboration: Work closely with clients and customer-facing teams to translate requirements

into scalable platform capabilities.

• Go-to-Market Support: Collaborate with marketing, implementation, and support teams to

ensure smooth rollouts and post-launch success.

Requirements and Skills

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related

technical field.

• Experience: 2-4 years of experience in SaaS or Enterprise Product Management, preferably in

HRTech, FinTech, Rewards & Recognition, Employee Engagement, or B2B platform domains.

Skills:

o Proven ability to own and deliver complex products from concept to launch.

o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset.

o Experience with PRD creation, Agile (Scrum/Kanban) delivery, and stakeholder

communication.

o Hands-on experience with SQL, Excel, analytics, or BI tools.

o Excellent leadership and collaboration skills, ideally with experience mentoring junior

PMs.

o Strong understanding of user-centric design principles and ability to translate them into

intuitive product experiences; familiarity with design collaboration tools such as Figma is

highly preferred.

o Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
