Senior Product Manager – Wealth

Location:
Gurgaon (Work from Office)

Experience:
5+ years in Product Management

We are seeking a hands-on execution driven Senior Product Manager – Wealth Management to join our wealth team. This role is perfect for someone who:

  • Loves building 0→1 and 1→N features
  • Works closely with engineering and design
  • Thinks in funnels, metrics, and iterations
  • Can ship fast, learn fast, and optimize continuously

You will work on investment products such as
Mutual Funds, FDs, Digital Gold, Bonds
and other upcoming wealth offerings.

Responsibilities:

  • Execution & Delivery: Own end-to-end product execution, from writing PRDs, flows, wireframes using AI prototyping tools, to driving sprints, QA and go-live while ensuring timely delivery through tight engineering and design alignment and optimal user experience.
  • Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Analyse market trends, customer behaviour, and competitors to identify new opportunities and refine product offerings.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to SEBI and RBI regulations.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage analytics and user insights to optimize product performance and enhance adoption while monitoring key funnels & running A/B tests
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with design, marketing, business, and customer support teams to drive product growth and customer acquisition

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of experience in product management, preferably in
    WealthTech, FinTech, or investment platforms.
  • Strong understanding of
    stock markets, FDs, Bonds and other investment
    products.
  • Experience in working with financial partners (brokers, AMCs, banks, etc.).
  • Proven track record of launching and scaling wealth management products.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
