Reporting to: HRBP – IT&D & Supply

Role Overview

As a Core HR Intern, you will support the HR Business Partner (HRBP) team in driving strategic HR initiatives focused on succession planning and the Year-End Performance Review Process. This internship offers hands-on exposure to talent management frameworks, performance evaluation cycles, and workforce planning strategies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, process alignment, and timely execution of key HR programs.

Key Responsibilities

Succession Planning Support

  • Assist in mapping critical roles and identifying potential successors.
  • Help maintain and update succession planning databases and talent profiles.
  • Support in preparing presentations and reports for leadership reviews.

Performance Review Process

  • Coordinate timelines and communications for the performance review cycle.
  • Assist in tracking completion rates and follow-ups with stakeholders.
  • Help with data collation and analysis for performance calibration sessions.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Work closely with HRBPs, managers, and employees to resolve basic queries.
  • Participate in meetings and contribute to process improvement discussions.

What We're Looking For

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Word.
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work in a team environment.
