What You'll Do:

  • Lead or assist with
    end-to-end implementations
    of SuccessFactors modules
  • Provide
    ongoing support
    , solving issues and improving processes
  • Configure systems, support testing, and deliver UAT assistance
  • Train users and develop clear user documentation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and integrate with third-party HR systems
  • Stay current with SAP Best Practices to enhance clients' HR tech strategies

Your Background:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in any SuccessFactors module (certification is a plus)
  • Strong grasp of HR processes, configuration, and workflows
  • Excellent communicator with analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to train end users and foster adoption
  • Driven, collaborative, and adaptable across cultures and geographies
